These Buffalo Chicken Flatbreads are quick and easy to make and so delicious! Made with pita-style flatbreads, shredded rotisserie chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, red onion, mozzarella, and ranch dressing- this is the perfect appetizer or easy dinner the whole family will love! They are cheesy, crispy, and flavorful- and only take about 30 minutes to make.

This quick and easy recipe only calls for a handful of simple ingredients, nothing fancy here! Grab a rotisserie chicken when you're out and about, and with a few other ingredients you probably already have in your pantry and fridge, put this tasty, and simple recipe on the menu tonight!
What you will need:
flatbreads- pita-style or naan flatbreads, you can use homemade or storebought
cooked chicken- I highly recommend using shredded rotisserie chicken!
buffalo sauce- nope, you can't have buffalo chicken anything without the buffalo sauce! I like Sweet Baby Ray's and Buffalo Wild Wings.
mozzarella- shredded
onions- so we're doing 2 types of onions here- thinly sliced red onion that goes on before it goes into the oven and then we're doing some sliced green onions on top just before serving
seasonings- salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, optional
ranch dressing- drizzle some ranch dressing on top before serving!
How to make Buffalo Chicken Flatbreads:
Very, very simple to put together. First preheat your oven to 400°F
Grab a baking tray to throw your flatbreads on and brush them with a little bit of oil. Add the chicken to a small bowl and mix in the buffalo sauce. Add this evenly onto the flatbreads followed by the thinly sliced red onion, mozzarella, and any spices you like. If you really want to turn up the heat drizzle on some more of the buffalo sauce before popping into the oven. These take about 15 to 20 minutes to bake.

Add some of those sliced green onions and a healthy drizzle of ranch dressing on top before serving. Cut each flatbread into 4 pieces and enjoy!
