What You Will Need:

  • Chicken breast- cooked and shredded

  • Greek yogurt- or light mayo, I like to combine it

  • Dill pickles- chopped

  • Cucumber- chopped

  • Fresh dill- dried dill weed is fine

  • Seasonings- salt, pepper, red pepper flakes


How to Make it:

  • Cook and shred the chicken breast.

  • Chop the cucumbers, pickles, and dill, add to a bowl along with the Greek yogurt, and seasonings, mix well. Add the cooled, shredded chicken and combine well.

  • Serve with croissants, crackers, tortilla chips, etc.
