These Cinnamon Roll Protein Bites are super easy to make and require only need a few main ingredients. This is one of our favorite recipes to prep for the week; my whole family loves them! The white chocolate shell enhances the warm cinnamon flavors, creating a delicious snack that truly satisfies those sweet cravings.

My Easy PB Energy Bites are also a delicious nutrient-packed snack option.

I enjoy keeping these in the fridge for quick snack options. Having them on hand makes it less likely for me to grab unhealthy junk food. My husband also really enjoys them in his lunch.

What I Love About This Recipe:

  • Easy to make- This recipe is easy to prepare. Using a small cookie scoop to shape the dough into balls ensures they are uniform in size.

  • Nutritious- packed with natural peanut butter, maple syrup, and protein powder

  • Delicious- with lots of cinnamon and coated in white chocolate, yumm

  • Customizable- add honey instead of maple syrup- mix in some chia seeds, you can also add some white cholate chips instead of dipping them.

What You Will Need:

  • Natural peanut butter- or almond butter

  • Pure maple syrup- honey is great too

  • Quick oats-

  • Vanilla protein powder-

  • Cinnamon-

  • Sea salt-

  • White chocolate- melted

  • Neutral oil- to thin out the chocolate

How to Make it:

  • In a bowl, combine the peanut butter and maple syrup, add in the oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

  • Use a small cookie scoop to scoop the dough into equal portions. Roll into balls.

  • Melt the white chocolate in the microwave then add some oil, a teaspoon at a time until desired consistency.

  • Dip the protein balls into the white chocolate and freeze for 10 minutes.

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
