These Cinnamon Roll Protein Bites are super easy to make and require only need a few main ingredients. This is one of our favorite recipes to prep for the week; my whole family loves them! The white chocolate shell enhances the warm cinnamon flavors, creating a delicious snack that truly satisfies those sweet cravings.

My Easy PB Energy Bites are also a delicious nutrient-packed snack option.
I enjoy keeping these in the fridge for quick snack options. Having them on hand makes it less likely for me to grab unhealthy junk food. My husband also really enjoys them in his lunch.
What I Love About This Recipe:
Easy to make- This recipe is easy to prepare. Using a small cookie scoop to shape the dough into balls ensures they are uniform in size.
Nutritious- packed with natural peanut butter, maple syrup, and protein powder
Delicious- with lots of cinnamon and coated in white chocolate, yumm
Customizable- add honey instead of maple syrup- mix in some chia seeds, you can also add some white cholate chips instead of dipping them.
