Here’s a quick and easy recipe for energy bites that can be prepared in just a few minutes. With only seven simple ingredients, you can easily customize the dry ingredients to suit your taste! These snacks are perfect for keeping in the fridge and are high in fiber and protein.

This recipe is super easy to customize, but it's important to maintain the same ratio of dry ingredients to honey and peanut butter. Below are some variations I sometimes use to switch things up. If you want to add nuts, be sure to chop them into small pieces; larger chunks, like whole almonds, won't hold the mixture together very well.
