Cheeseburger Tacos
Updated: May 6
Add a fun twist to your next taco night with these easy-to-make cheeseburger tacos. If you love cheeseburgers and tacos as much as I do, you get the best of both worlds with these delicious tacos! The crispiness of the fried tortillas, and my homemade Big Mac Sauce is like the cherry on top of these guys!
I love how quick and easy these are to make, I mean you can literally have dinner ready in 15 minutes! You can add whatever burger toppings you like, I just did lettuce, onion, dill pickle chips, and the sauce. Fresh diced tomatoes would be great on these too!
Ingredients you will need:
lean ground beef- use ground turkey for a leaner option
taco-sized flour tortillas- you could also use corn tortillas
American Cheese- or cheese of choice
Big Mac Sauce- or thousand island dressing
burger toppings of choice- lettuce, onion, tomato, dill pickle chips, jalapenos, etc
Start by laying out the tortillas on your work surface. Divide the ground beef into 6 equal portions. Roll into balls and put one burger ball onto each tortilla, flatten it out with your hand until most of the tortilla is covered. Season with salt and pepper.
In a skillet, on medium-high heat, fry tacos, burger side first, until nicely browned, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Add cheese on top of burger and remove from the pan. Add toppings and sauce. Serve immediately.
